This purpose-built student accommodation tower will feature 924 apartments over 31 levels, catering to Brisbane’s rapidly growing student population. Located adjacent to the Botanic Gardens, the design prioritises connectivity to nature, with an emphasis on open, communal spaces for study, wellness, and social interaction.
