In partnership with Hutchinson Builders, Perigon is contributing to the redevelopment of 41 George Street into a state-of-the-art student accommodation facility. This 27-storey tower will offer 1,200 beds and is strategically located near major educational institutions, including Queensland University of Technology and the upcoming Griffith University CBD campus. The project aims to meet the growing demand for quality student housing in Brisbane's CBD, providing modern amenities such as gyms, yoga studios, gaming areas, and cinema rooms.
