The project involved retrofitting a 15-story commercial office tower into a multicultural student-friendly environment, with shared spaces for social interaction and ground-floor retail. The retrofit provided benefits such as a spacious lobby, a prominent city presence, and enhanced livability with high ceilings. Vibrant colours and furnishings were added to create a welcoming atmosphere. The building now accommodates 687 residents in 359 apartments and studios, serving as a vibrant hub for students to live, study, and engage with their community.
